Wear protection through composite panels & hard welding

Composite panels consist of hard-welded panels and are characterized by a high temperature resistance of up to 500°C. They offer high impact strength under percussive stress and have a hard layer of 3 to 8 mm on a base material of 5 to 6 mm. They also have excellent wear protection properties.

Hard welding can be produced with various filler metals and achieve a hardness of up to 65 HRC. On request, they are corrosion-resistant and can be installed directly on site at the customer's premises. They also offer excellent wear protection properties.
